Are you able to appeal a decision from the Family court judge?

April 26, 2017 12:48 Comments Off on Are you able to appeal a decision from the Family court judge? admin

Most of us come from countries where we know that if we get judicial decisions that we are not happy with, we can appeal to a higher level court. I am not addressing the legal basis for an appeal (which may or may not exist) but the concept of an appeal itself. Is there such a concept in Israel in the family court? If so, how does it work? Does it apply only to final judgements or is it relevant for judicial decisions as well?
