Can a jury hear your divorce litigation?

April 23, 2017 13:26 Comments Off on Can a jury hear your divorce litigation? admin

People coming from Anglo countries are used to the concept of litigation being held in front of juries. But is it a good idea to have your divorce litigation heard in front of a jury? Can you even have divorce litigation heard in front of a jury? Is there even a jury system here in Israel?
