Litigation

June 6, 2013 09:44 Comments Off on Litigation admin

When the two parties getting divorced can’t agree on the divorce issues, then they usually end up in litigation. Divorce litigation in Israel can be a complex and expensive process and can involve multiple courts – both religious and secular. We work with our clients to build and then execute litigation plans which a) put a cap on legal fees, b) take into account both our clients’ needs and wants, and c) are tailored to maximize our clients legal rights (i.e. in different courts).

Of course, the best time to consult with us is before any litigation has begun. In those cases, many times we are able either to avoid litigation altogether, or to determine in which court the litigation will occur. We are committed to ensuring that our clients are able to maximize their legal rights in the course of their divorces.
Call us at U.S. (201) 696 – 3947 or Israel (077) 200 – 8161 to arrange for a free initial consultation.
